Job Summary: 
Using modern prospecting tools, the Director of Global Business Solutions at Life Line Screening will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass sales targets. This role requires a driven sales professional who can build a lead funnel, identify untapped business opportunities, establish, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate is a driven and customer-focused individual with a successful track record in modern prospecting techniques and sales.
Responsibilities: 
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals to align with the company's growth strategy. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives, contributing to the overall growth of Life Line Screening. 
  • Establish strategy and tactics to identify new prospects, make prospecting calls, secure, and conduct exploratory meetings, and secure new client relationships. 
  • Utilize Salesforce pipeline to establish business plan and meet revenue goals. 
  • Execute contracts in coordination with the client’s team and internal LLS support team. 
  • Attend and participate in key industry conferences, associations, trade shows and conventions, and related client meetings & conferences.   
  • Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables for our clients. 
  • Forecast sales performance and prepare insightful reports on sales metrics for leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. 
  • Stay informed of the latest industry best practices, sales techniques, and healthcare technologies to foster continuous improvement within the sales team. 
Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in sales, with a demonstrable history of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Experienced presenter to c-suite decision-makers, HR leaders, and medical professionals in insurance, corporate or healthcare channels, preferred. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the Insurance industry & healthcare, including key players, emerging trends, and competitive landscape or have sales experience from companies like Workday, ZoomInfo, Salesforce. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams. 
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing sales data to derive actionable insights. 
  • Motivated by incentives; tenacity to manage territory and consistently meet aggressive revenue targets. 
  • Salesforce experience is desired, with a proven ability to leverage the platform effectively for sales activity, pipeline, and reporting purposes. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.                                                                                                                                INDCORHP
